The rooms at Gil Guesthouse are cozy and comfortable, with a homely feel. I loved the desk in the room, great for catching up on emails or planning the day's activities. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the bed linen and towels were fresh and soft. a great room for a traveler like me who values both functionality and comfort.

I personally found the sea views in some units a bit underwhelming, but that's just my subjective opinion. Others might still enjoy the view.

the hotel is a wonderful base for a trip in budardalur. the staff are outstandingly accommodating and exceptional, and the host too. the venue rooms are big and brand-new with comfortable beds. particularly good location as it's and near to restaurant, a beautiful valley, and a mountain.

Very kind and nice staff, comfy rooms with full facilities and kettle, for instance. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

The view was absolutely BREATHTAKING, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. I had a peaceful night's sleep as it was wonderfully quiet. Even though the restaurant was undergoing renovations, the limited opening hours didn't dampen my stay. I was able to enjoy a delicious meal on-site and the challenging entrance door just added to the adventure!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had many local food options. The on-site restaurant served good dinner and allowed us to play pool while waiting. The clean and quiet accommodation had access to a common room. Easy to find off the main road.

The owner and his daughter were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered us access to their workspace and tools to fix a broken bicycle. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and we had access to a large living room with breakfast facilities.

Some parts of the main building were still undergoing renovations, including the hot tub, which would have been a great addition when completed. Additionally, the guesthouse was a bit isolated, which may not be ideal for those wanting to explore nearby areas easily.

The location of this guesthouse was perfect and the host went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Despite arriving with wet clothes from the rain, I was able to use the dryer and was even offered a meal from their delicious menu. The owner/host/chef was friendly and it was a great reward after a long day of driving in bad weather. The rooms were spacious and new, with a beautiful view. it was a perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend it when traveling in the area.
